Located in the Hamlet Business District in Southold on the North Fork of Long Island, Caci North Fork opened September 2014 inside a graciously restored turn of the century farmstead. A seasonally inspired menu featuring authentic northern Italian cuisine by Umbrian-born Executive Chef Marco Pellegrini is clean, inventive and dedicated to all things fresh and house made.

The menu at Caci Restaurants changes seasonally while always including year round favorites of uniquely prepared calamari skewers, steak Fiorentina and tiramisu. Locally sourced and imported Italian ingredients are highlighted with flavors from an open wood fired grill and herb garden. Don't miss sampling house made pasta, bread and gelato.

Executive Chef

Growing up in the picturesque town of Foligno located in the center of the Italian peninsula, Chef Marco made the decision to become a chef at a very young age. During stints at a number of highly acclaimed restaurants throughout Italy, Chef Marco learned to research and select the finest ingredients by forging bonds with local farmers. As executive chef and partner at Caci Restaurants, Chef Marco brings these lessons and traditions along with authentic Italian recipes and techniques to create seasonally inspired menus combining the cuisine of his native Umbria with his newly discovered American influences.
